Erin McKinnon, from Port Orange, FL, now calls Tampa, FL home. She is the President of Manage the Event and a National Talent Booker at Michele & Group Modeling and Talent Agency. Erin has developed innovative database management platforms and led successful PR and media campaigns. With a background in dance from Tisch at NYU and UCF, she gained experience through internships at NASCAR and an apprenticeship at French | West | Vaughn Public Relations. She specializes in experiential marketing for beer and liquor brands and holds an influencer marketing strategy certification from Rutgers.

For this year’s Halloween party, I hosted my very first murder mystery! I initially downloaded one online, but it didn’t quite fit the vibe I was going for, so I created one from scratch—with a little help from ChatGPT. Clues were hidden everywhere, and I even programmed the Roomba to deliver some! The guests absolutely nailed it. It was so fun watching everyone stay in character while trying not to crack up. Thank you all for playing along!
The firefighters museum had power and WiFi, so Joe took me there so we could both get some work done. In reality, we spent more time listening to calls on the scanner and running to the window to watch the trucks come and go. TFD hasn’t stopped once.

Let me tell you about my amazing mother and friends….my sneaky mama got together with my friends to plan the most amazing 40th birthday weekend. We started with a private history tour and ended the weekend sailing! I am so appreciative of all of the calls, texts, messages and embarrassing pictures I received for my birthday. We made it to Daytona in record time (5 hours). We were going to ride out the storm in Tampa but thanks to an ear infection, fever, vomiting and a bunch of other bull shit we have fled to the East Coast. Stay safe TPA.
